Data Protection Declaration
We take the protection of your data extremely seriously. The protection of your personal data when collecting, processing and using data in connection with your visit to our homepage is something to which we attach great importance.
Your data is protected by statutory regulations.
Below, you will find information regarding which data is collected during your visit to our homepage and how this data is used as set out in Section 13 Telemedia Law.
Your data is stored as part of the inevitable server statistics transmitted by your browser to us. Such data consists of:

- referrer URL (the page visited just before)
- the host name of the computer obtaining access (IP address)
- time of the server inquiry.
This data is anonymous/not personal and cannot be attributed to any particular person. This data is not combined with other data sources and furthermore, the data is deleted after it has been statistically evaluated. Further personal data is only collected if you voluntarily provide such data, for example as part of a questionnaire or registration process.
Use and transmission of personal data
Using the contact form necessarily implies that you provide your name, street, e-mail or telephone, post code and locality and your message. Data collected in this way is used for communicating with you. If you have supplied us with your personal data, possibly by using our contact form, we will only use such data to reply to your inquiries, for processing any contracts we conclude with you and for technical administration. Under no circumstances will such data be passed on, sold, lent etc. to third parties. Your personal data will only be passed on or otherwise transmitted to third parties if this is required for contract processing – in particular wherever order data is passed on to suppliers, for invoicing purposes or if you have given your consent. You are entitled to withdraw the consent you have provided at any time and this will take effect henceforth.
Your stored personal data is deleted whenever you revoke your consent for the storage of such data, whenever such data is no longer required for fulfilling the purpose originally pursued with the storage of such data or whenever storage of such data is inadmissible for other legal reasons.
Cookies are used in several places on the web pages. They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and more reliable. Cookies are small text files written to your computer and stored by your browser. Our most commonly used cookies are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after your visit to our web pages. Cookies do not harm your computer in any way and contain no viruses.

Despite careful monitoring of content, we are not liable for external links to extraneous content. We have no control and no knowledge of how such external links or extraneous content handles or guarantees the protection of your data.
Right of access to personal data
We would gladly provide you with information regarding the personal data we store. However, we know no more than you do. However once again, we will gladly communicate the little information we possess in compliance with the statutory right of access to personal data.
